Our company was founded by visionary entrepreneur Erdem Dereli, whose success story spans more than twenty-five years across tourism, gastronomy and entertainment. Originally from Trabzon, Dereli has left his mark on every aspect of hospitality and has received the "Best Operator" award three times for his service standards and innovative approach.
As the founder and operator of two major nightclubs that shaped the entertainment life of Istanbul and Avşa Island, and two prestigious restaurants reflecting the city’s culinary culture, Dereli is a strong figure in both business and public life. His candidacies for Istanbul’s 2nd Electoral District and Mayor of Ataşehir strengthened public trust and helped him build an extensive corporate network.
To unite this knowledge, hospitality experience and global relationship network, Erdem Dereli settled in Bali, one of the world’s most exceptional destinations. Today he brings a corporate, reliable and world-class perspective to tourism.

International Organization and Digital Transformation Specialist: Kadir Affan Yerge
Co-founder Kadir Affan Yerge began his career in 2010 in the International Events Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s Kültür A.Ş. For 12 years he managed global events around the world and contributed to Istanbul’s cultural and tourism promotion. His strategic relationship with Bali began during this period. With expertise in sound engineering, web and graphic design and digital media, he leads the company’s technology infrastructure and global marketing vision. His professional barista and master instructor bread-chef certifications also contribute to the company’s gastronomy vision.
